It is here!
There are no new features in this release, but it does run on both Leopard and Snow Leopard. I have stopped supporting Tiger, though I didn’t even check to see if this runs on Tiger – it may or may not.
In any case, visit the site and download the new version. Also please see the tutorials on the blog for how to use the plugin.

This is definately the case – there are several things that have changed with the newest version of Mail and these have affected SignatureProfiler’s ability to load properly. You hav, of course, asked about an update to support Snow Leopard. I am looking into providing a quick fix to get it working on the new version, but I cannot give you any specific date yet. I will post a new message on the blog and the SignatureProfiler homepage when the update is available. Please check back regularly.
